QC Tech Support is one person: me. I fix things and explain them, at your home in Montréal or remotely anywhere in Québec. Computers, Wi-Fi, phones, printers, backups, security: anything with a plug or a battery. I take the time, I speak plainly, and there is one rate, quoted before we start. If I do not solve the problem, the time is not billed.
